Spa Etiquette
- Appointment
We recommend you make an appointment ahead of time. A credit card or gift certificate is required at the time of your appointment.
- Cancellations
To change or cancel your appointments, notify at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time to avoid being charged 50% of your booked service.
- Arrivals
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy our facilities to receive the full benefit of your service. All services will finish on time to allow our next guests their full service period.
- Service attire
Complimentary use of spa robe and slippers is provided for all our guests. Our staff is professionally trained to properly drape the body throughout your service. However, wear what is most comfortable for you.
- Communicate
Advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service. Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to truly experience the Spa treatments.
- Respect others
The Spa atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the other guest’s right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones and smoking are prohibited.
- Personal Possessions
We ask that you do not bring jewelry or valuable personal possessions to the Spa as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
- Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are perfect for any occasion. Inquire about our gift certificates.
- No Refunds
No refunds for services or sale items.
