Appointment

We recommend you make an appointment ahead of time. A credit card or gift certificate is required at the time of your booking.

Cancellations

To change or cancel your appointments, notify at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time to avoid being charged 50% of your booked service. No Show will result in charging your credit card on hold for full scheduled treatments. We will issue credit for you to use within three months from the original appointment date.

Arrivals

We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All treatments will finish on time to allow our next guests their full treatment time.

Service attire

Complimentary use of spa robe and slippers is provided for all our guests. Our staff is professionally trained to properly drape the body throughout your service. However, wear what is most comfortable for you.

Communicate

Advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service. Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to truly experience spa treatments.

Respect others

The Spa atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the other guest’s right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones and smoking are prohibited.

Personal Possessions

We ask that you do not bring jewelry or valuable personal possessions to the Spa as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. We do not allow any pets at any time at our Spa.
